Eaton's Corporate site is seeking a Workforce Analytics Analyst to join our team! This position will be located in Beachwood, OH or if you are outside the 50 mile radius, remote work is eligible.
Position Overview:

You will be part of our global Workforce Insights Team that supports Eaton's workforce analytics and planning needs across our business sectors.
You will have an opportunity to work closely with others on a global team to deliver data insights.
In this role, your core responsibility will be to compile and analyze HR data to provide decision support to HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Business Leaders.
Your primary tasks will include successfully obtaining, preparing, standardizing, visualizing and reporting out on people data.

Essential Functions:
Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly reporting activities (including:
metrics and dashboards) as well as define and design ad-hoc reporting as needed.
Create and apply a consistent (and if necessary, repeatable) approach when responding to ad hoc requests using automation and/or documentation as appropriate.
Integrate disparate data from multiple systems and tools.
Consult with data customers to mutually agree on the specific questions trying to be addressed with employee data.
Assist in the design and creation of interactive dashboards in PowerBI and Microsoft Excel.
Use programming tools (knowledge of SQL or DAX are a plus) to search and retrieve data to be used to answer business questions.
Provide data support in analytics projects and engagements with other members of the Workforce Insights Team.

The annual salary range for this role is $61,680 - $84,810 a year.

Bachelor's degree from accredited institution with 6 months of data or reporting experience OR a High School diploma/G.

D with 2 years of data or reporting experienceMinimum of 6 months of programming experience (educational courses do count as experience).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
