- Requires 1 to 3 years of directly related customer service experience with a passion to address and resolve customer questions and needs.
- Requires previous business-to-business sales experience with the ability to communicate products to current customers and enhanced services provided by the company to address customer employee onboarding and tenant prospects.
- Ability to follow a detailed call log tracking the required number of daily external clients calls
- Proven ability to work with customers, both internally and externally, at technical and executive levels.
- Knowledge and understanding of internal resources, applications and website
- Technical understanding of Web based applications.
- Ability to manage projects and communicate status and meet project deadlines.
- Requires working knowledge of Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Requires advanced organizational skills with written and verbal communication skills.
- College degree desired
