Client Relations Associate (hs)

This growing investment advisor firm is seeking a Client Relations Associate with experience in the financial service industry who is motivated to deliver exceptional client services. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact for clients, listen to their needs and strive to promote customer convenience in any contact they have with the company
Serve as liaison between clients and custodians, funds, insurance company, and other related entities
Periodically attend client and prospect meetings while representing the firm in a professional image
Responsible for client on-boarding, setting up new accounts, and following up on transfers and other transaction requests
Manage client information, prepare client reports, submit and follow-up on necessary paperwork, and regularly update CRM
Foster a culture of compliance and maintain logs of money in/money out, check receipt log, stock receipt logs, and signature guarantee logs
Coordinate data flow with outside advisors such as CPA's, attorneys, etc.
Deliver superior client services, troubleshoot issues, schedule and organize meetings, serve as liaison between the Planning Team, Investment Team, and the client
Take the initiative to prioritize special projects
Work with sales reps to settle disputed or delinquent accounts
Ensure a consistent, proactive, and professional experience across the client base
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
3 to 5 years' of related industry experience with the proven ability to build lasting client relationships
Knowledge of investments, investment products, financial planning, and use of financial planning tools
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, strong analytical/problems solving skills, and ability to work in a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment with heady phone-based customer interaction
Ability to manage and resolve difficult situations with clients
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM Software.
Experience with Junxure, NetX360, Portfolio Accounting Systems and Laster App are a plus
Strict compliance and adherence to all regulations and policies

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
