This highly visible, leadership role is available for an Ohio licensed RN. BSN required.
This position is an opportunity to provide administrative and clinical leadership with 24-hour accountability for a premier 66-bed post-hospital care center. The qualified candidate will plan and direct implementation and evaluation of unit-based programs and services that drive excellent patient satisfaction. Individual will direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing practice to assure the delivery of comprehensive, safe, effective, and competent nursing care in accordance with nursing practice standards and policies. Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills are a must!
Minimum of 5-years' experience in nursing with at least 2-years in an acute care setting including work in a management capacity required.
