CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER - LONG TERM CARE

Montefiore's newly renovated facility in Beachwood, Ohio, offers state-of-the-art post-hospital care, homecare, dementia care, long-term nursing home care, assisted living and hospice services.
Montefiore's nursing department has opening for a full time RN Nurse Manager.
The preferred candidate will have a BSN or at least two years of management or supervisory experience--preferably in a long-term care environment, licensed in good standing in the State of Ohio. Candidate must demonstrated strong skills in supervision and clinical assessment, customer service, and regulatory management. Candidates also must poses excellent organizational, interpersonal and written communication skills, a high level of attention to detail. Successful candidate will have the demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and the ability to coordinate multiple assignments and prioritize workload. Prior experience working in a long-term care or hospital environment is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
