Administrative Executive Assistant

Performs administrative duties for executive management.
Responsibilities may include screening calls, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, meeting and event arrangements, preparing reports, training and supervising other support staff.
This position requires strong computer and internet marketing/social media skills, proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office desired.
Candidate must poses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff as well as outside clients.
Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
