We are seeking an experienced Chef/Manager with strong managerial skills and excellent knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, ordering, guest services, scheduling, and catering etc. In this position you will assist the Director of Nutrition and the Executive Chef in the management of our large Campus Dietary Operation
The Campus Chef will help manage and supervise the four kitchens at our dynamic facility, providing support, direction and training to achieve planned objectives. The Campus Chef will have special focus on quality control and management of our systems.
Essential
Qualifications:
Must have at least 5 years food service management background in a high volume operation. Successful track record as an effective leader and manager. The ability to develop team and create high quality food and services for our elderly population. Ability to interact and work well with others. Strong hands on management skills Solid training skills Word/Excel/Powerpoint required
