Legal Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to support our client's growing team in Beachwood, OH (Hybrid:
3 days in office, two days remote).
Competitive pay:
$25-$33/hour Work a full-time schedule as a W2 Contractor Be the legal department's right hand:
Manage contracts, entity data & more! Tech skills a must:
Master MS Office, legal software & learn new tools quickly Strong organizational skills:
Keep track of projects, documents & deadlines
Responsibilities:
Manage legal matters, contracts & entity formations Maintain meticulous records & ensure data accuracy Assist with budgeting & outside counsel spend Organize & schedule for the legal team Prepare presentations, reports & meeting minutes Manage document workflow & legal databases
Qualifications:
3
years of experience with Entity Formations 3
years of experience with Corporate Governance 3
years of experience with Contract Management 3
years of US legal assistant experience (in-house and/or law firm) Paralegal Certificate or Degree preferred, but not required Previous in-house experience with consumer product manufacturing is ideal Detail-oriented & organized with a can-do attitude Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office, Contract & Entity Management Software, & eager to learn new tech This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
Pay Details:
