then read on Our office is seeking great team members to help catapult our real estate, investment division! If you love to hunt, the thrill of the close, and have some measure of ability to follow our process, you may be a good fit! You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed.
This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes.
We will provide all of the leads! This is a full-time position, 100% commission-based position with quality leads provided to you for free.
An average commission deal will be several thousand dollars.
We love to see and are committed to the success of our sales reps.
Responsibilities:
Manage leads in our company's database and follow up with prospects immediately.
Meet with sellers who want to sell their house for cash.
Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and get the contract signed.
Must be able to follow the company's closing sequence.
