Responsibilities:
Demonstrated knowledge with the following technologies:
Windows OS; iPhone/iPad iOS; Laptop hardware; Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook; Windows Server Printing; Active Directory Users and Computers; Office 365; Exchange 2010; Business-line Mobile Device Administration (Verizon)Experience with Office 2007/2010/2013/2016 Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving:
ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Respond to queries either in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
Open support tickets for inbound calls, email and monitoring offline servers, power and ISP Work on open tickets to resolution and/or develop workarounds until resolution can be achieved Research issues using all available resources Escalate tickets to next level support as necessary Resolve escalated tickets Determine the root cause of problems and work proactively to address them Shifts and Wages:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
